Nepeta 'Senior' is a superb, compact and well-behaved dwarf catmint celebrated for its incredibly neat habit and long lasting floral performance. Standing shorter than old fashioned full sized varieties like 'Walker's Low', it forms a tightly packed, rounded cushion of small, heavily textured grey green foliage. From late spring through early autumn, it produces a non-stop, prolific display of slender violet blue flower spikes, making it an exceptional, low maintenance choice for rockeries, patio planters, and front of border pathways.
