Unlike traditional coneflowers whose petals droop downwards, 'Magnus Superior' proudly holds its giant, 10-cm daisy-like magenta-pink petals completely flat and horizontal around a massive, coppery-orange central seed cone, injecting structured architectural beauty into sunny cottage, prairie, or wildlife gardens. If you leave the spent flowers on the plant, the central discs dry into striking black hedgehog-like cones that look stunning covered in winter frost.
