Returns & Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order and have a full refund within 7 days of receipt provided items are in the original packaging, have not been planted out of their pots and/or the packaging has not been tampered with.

Items must be in a resaleable condition

Delivery charges are Non-Refundable.

If an item is unreasonably damaged or is not as described on our website, please contact us immediately where will make every effort to rectify the situation.

Please be aware that all live plants are liable to suffer some damage during transport and while every effort is made to pack our plants to avoid unnecessary damage sometimes this is inevitable. Plants usually bounce back after a few days.

We will insist on photos of plants that are damaged before any refund will take place

Refunds are processed using the original methos of payment and sometimes the refund can take 3 to 4 working days before it will go back into your account.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Liability is limited to the value of the products originally purchased.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Irish Law, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts.
