These Terms & Conditions apply to all use of the Ahern Nurseries & Plant Centre Ltd Website including all online, phone or click and collect sales. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms, these terms do not affect your statutory rights under Irish Consumer Law

Orders & Availability

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance.

In some cases because we are dealing with a growing product the plant may be available but not suitable for delivery, we reserve the right to cancel such items that we feel the quality is not up to our satisfaction, in this case we will contact you to offer a replacement, an alternative or a refund.

We reserve the right to cancel any order or part thereof where the pricing or product information is incorrect or due to unforeseen circumstances that affect crop. A full refund will be issued.

Pricing

All prices are shown in Euro and include VAT at the applicable rate.

Online prices and offers may differ from in store pickup.

Delivery

We deliver to the Republic of Ireland by using a courier or with our own transport.

Orders will be processed as soon as possible but deliveries by courier or An Post will only be dispatched on Tuesdays and Wednesdays so that they are not lying in a packing warehouse over the weekend. Our own transport can delivery Mon to Friday inclusive.

While we cannot guarantee delivery on a specific time or date, we will always work with the customer to ensure a seamless and stress-free delivery.

We charge a flat rate of €9.99 for delivery.

We would encourage you to check your delivery as soon as possible, remove plants from packaging and water immediately.

Click & Collect

Order must be placed online or by phone.

Customers will be notified when orders are ready for collection.

Orders will be held for 5 working days unless otherwise agreed.
